Refund policy
At Magic Cove, we take great care in preparing and delivering your orders.
Because many of our products are edible items and/or hygiene-sensitive goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Returns Policy.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all edible products are final sale.
We do not accept:
- Returns of any edible items
- Refund requests for change of mind
- Exchanges on food or consumable goods
Once your order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you receive:
- The wrong item
- A damaged item
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We may request:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
DELIVERY ISSUES
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors once your order has been dispatched.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- All edible products
- Perishable goods
- Opened or used items
- Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure that:
- Your delivery address is correct
- Your contact details are accurate
- You are available to receive your order
We cannot be held responsible for lost orders due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
