SHIPPING COSTS
We offer the following delivery options within South Africa:
🚚 Standard Shipping
- Starts from R80 flat rate for small orders
- Shipping cost is calculated based on order size and weight
- Most deliveries range between R80 – R120
🎂 Local Delivery (Cakes & Selected Items)
- Free local delivery on orders over R600
- Orders under R600 include a delivery fee
- Available only within our local delivery zone
- Cakes and fresh/custom items are strictly local delivery only
🏪 Collection (Pickup)
- Customers may collect their orders in person
- Collection is free
- Time and location will be arranged after order confirmation
IMPORTANT CAKE INFORMATION
- Cakes require a minimum 7 days preparation time
- We recommend placing cake orders at least 1 week in advance
- Cakes are only available for local delivery or collection
DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard products: 2–7 business days after dispatch
- Cakes/custom items: 7 days preparation + scheduled delivery/collection
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
NOTES
Once an order has been handed over to the courier:
- We are not responsible for delivery delays
- Risk transfers to the customer
- Delivery times are no longer guaranteed
